15/01/2010 - Health and Safety Information for Print from the HSE - Is fit for purpose for businesses with fewer than 50 employees?

The BPIF in conjunction with an external consultant is assisting the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the review of the health and safety information provided by the HSE to small and medium businesses (SMEs) in the printing industry. The purpose of the review is to establish the suitability of the guidance provided in terms of accessibility, suitability, format and cost and make whatever changes are necessary to satisfy the future needs of the printing industry.

Before any changes are made it is essential to determine the suitability of the current information provided by the HSE at www.hse.gov.uk and through links on our own website at www.britishprint.com and what else, if anything, is required.
